Excellars AS befinner seg 48 meter over havet i Oslogryta; et særpreget geologisk område med vulkansk opphav. Kontorene ligger i Jacob Aalls gate 59 på Fagerborg, og har vindu mot nordøst og øst; noe som gir kjølige netter og optimal soleksponering gjennom arbeidsdagen. Lokalene er i en klassisk bygård oppført på slutten av 1800-tallet, og har tidligere huset en slakterbutikk. De går over to og en halv etasje og har dyp, kjølig kjeller. Landskapet preges av en fontene omringet av parkbenker. Jordsmonnet består av blandt annet basalt og svart leirskifer.

Excellars lies 48 meters above sea level in central Oslo, a distinctive geological area of volcanic origin. The offices are located in Jacob Aalls gate 59 on Fagerborg, with windows facing north-east and east; providing cool nights and optimal sun conditions during the workday. The classic town house was built in the late nineteenth century and originally housed a butchers shop. Excellars has two and a half floors and deep, cool cellar facilities. The landscape is dominated by a fountain with surrounding parkbenches. The soil consists mainly of basalt and black clayslate.
